This seven-story, 92-room hotel will offer guests breathtaking views of Georgian Bay, allowing them to immerse themselves in the area's natural beauty. One of the standout features is the expansive, heated indoor pool, complete with large windows that provide panoramic vistas of the bay. Imagine unwinding in the pool while watching the sunset over the water—a truly serene experience. The hotel will also house a state-of-the-art fitness center and a luxurious spa, catering to leisure and business travelers throughout the year. 

Beyond the hotel, the development plan includes event space for up to 120 people, making it ideal for conferences, weddings, and community gatherings.
