About Cameron Marshall

Born in 1993, my journey started in Humphrey’s delightful village, where I accompanied my father, Jim, on numerous cottage tours. Growing up in the real estate business, it was only natural to follow suit.

After my education, I returned to Parry Sound and worked as a Bylaw Enforcement Officer for three local municipalities, gaining invaluable insights into smaller municipalities’ functioning.

In my downtime, I enjoy playing hockey in the Sportsman Hockey League, softball at the Kinsmen field in the summer, and jamming to some good music, thanks to my dad’s musical genes.

Here are ten things you probably don’t know about me:

  1. I started playing hockey at 12.
  2. Graduated from Carleton University with a degree in criminology and completed a post-graduate program in King City.
  3. Have a wonderfully supportive partner.
  4. My first guitar was practically my size.
  5. I can name all 196 countries.
  6. My first vehicle was a year older than me.
  7. I love to cook!
  8. The middle child of three boys.
  9. I spent eight years in French Immersion, remembering about 20% of the language.
  10. Grandpa tricked Ben and me into a “North West Territories” road trip; we ended up in Magnetewan.
